As a committed yoga practitioner and teacher, Carolyn first started yoga at age 22 after a long sporting career in synchronised swimming. It was the physical aspect of yoga that initially captured Carolyn’s attention.
Natalya started yoga in 2013 and she trained in traditional Hatha in 2017 in India. She has since gone on to learn various other approaches which she incorporates into her creative teaching style. Her teaching style is compassionate, fun and caring.
Nour Mansour has always been passionate about sport, initially water sports, training as a swimmer and rower for 7 years respectively & winning the Rowing & Lifesaving Championship in Egypt in 2010.
