OUR STUDENTS LOVE PRIVATE CLASSES ! They're a perfect way for you to receive personalised attention, either to begin the practice, or to take your practice to the next level, and to accommodate special needs.  

It's with great pleasure that I now specialise in taking care of our private classes. I've a quarter of a century of experience, which includes the fields of life coaching and healing, which can all be integrated into the practice designed for you.

However, I won't be offended at all if you would prefer to have a female teacher ! Don't hesitate to let us know, especially if you have a particular teacher in mind. We'll do our best to match your availability. 

You're very welcome to give us specific mental, physical or spiritual health goals to work towards. Or simply to enjoy receiving coaching & sequencing that we've designed to benefit you exclusively from the many dimensions of the different disciplines we offer: Yoga, Pilates & Meditation.
