We are a hybrid studio, meaning we offer all our classes both in studio & online. This is because there are advantages of both !

When you don't have time to come to see in person, online is the best option. It remains a live class, which is not to be confused with a pre-recorded class. You will still benefit from the live inspiration and personalised attention of the teacher, who will keep an eye on you on screen. 

This is important to make sure that you're practicing "sustainably" & to avoid injuries. 

In our experience, however, people find it more difficult to keep up their motivation in the mid-long term if they are only practicing online. Everyone has their own reasons, but it's probably in large part because it's the vibe of the tribe in person, is what gives classes that special touch. 

Therefore enjoy your online classes, but if you feel your motivation dropping, it's to come see us for your booster ! You will then be inspired to continue practicing at a distance again.  ENJOY !
