Whichever discipline above you prefer, the physical benefits are really just a welcome "side effect". Ultimately, the real intention is to reconnect with ever deeper levels of your own being. It's certainly a privilege, to be able to enjoy your class at home, or at another location which is propitious to introspection. We have both male & female teachers available for private classes & you are free to choose which teacher you would like to be guided by.
