In case you haven't yet tried any online classes, here's a quick cost-benefit breakdown:
The closest things to an IN PERSON class, is a LIVE ONLINE class. Which is not to be confused with access to pre-recorded classes, for which the main advantage is that you can practice exactly when you want. The disadvantage however is that you're on your own, which makes safe practice & motivation much more of a challenge.
By contrast, in our LIVE ONLINE classes you will:
- Receive verbal cues to make sure you're practicing safely and sustainably
- Benefit from the teacher's inspiration, tailored to that particular moment in the seasons
- Be able to see and interact with the teacher & other students
- Be connected to the group in real-time.
We understand that it's not always possible to come in person. Whether it's because of a lack of time, distance from the centre, health concerns or budget, this is where this membership is the perfect solution.
As online are our our most competitively priced memberships, why not give it a try and see whether practicing at a distance works for you. Alternatively, some of our students have the membership + a pack of in person classes simultaneously so that they can join us whenever they feel they need a boost of motivation :-) That's what we're here for !
